These gorgeous Poppy flowers are at their full bloom within the first two weeks of June each year (although SOMETIMES they can bloom within the last two weeks of June). They are located near a campground and are about a 90 minute drive from Salt Lake City, just past Brigham City. Follow the signs to Box Elder Campground and it will be on the south side. Keep in mind that the parking can get full during those two popular weeks in June so plan ahead!
Even when the flowers are not in bloom, it is still a gorgeous location for any outdoor shoot you may have!
Tips From Other Creatives In The Tribe
"These photos were taken on June 1st, but there was still a good week or two until they would've been in full bloom. It's different every year! It can get pretty busy... but the field is pretty large. Just please be careful and considerate! So many people just tromp through the flowers and destroy the field. Let's keep it beautiful." - Peek Media
"Type in Box Elder Campground, Poppy Fields in Mantua, Utah, or this address:
202 S Park Dr
I think the address is best because it takes you to the first turn off on the right across from the Mantua Cemetery where you’ll first see poppies off the road on the hillside. You can pull off anywhere after that and hop into a hill or field to snap your photos." - Anna Loader Photo
